Features

3. Low noise: The blower operates without any mechanical friction, and the reasonable blade profile minimizes noise. The noise generated by the multistage centrifugal blower is high-frequency, which can be significantly attenu by obstacles, so there is almost no noise outside the blower room.
4. Bearing lubrication: Grease lubrication is adopted for bearings, improving lubrication conditions and extending bearing service life.
5. Impeller: The impeller features a special composite curve, which reduces internal leakage and improves aerodynamic efficiency and overall unit efficiency.
6. Easy adjustment: The flow rate can be adjusted within a certain range by only using the inlet butterfly valve.
7. Drive mode: Driven by a two-pole asynchronous motor. Different voltage motors can be selected according to the user's power grid conditions.
8. Sealing: Each stage of impeller is equipped with inlet rings, and labyrinth seals are installed between stages and at both ends of the casing to prevent gas leakage.
9. Cooling: Since the impeller compresses gas stage by stage, the temperature of the exhaust casing is much higher than that of the intake casing. Both air cooling and water cooling devices are provided for the exhaust bearing pedestal to extend the service life of bearings.
10. Transmission mode: Coupling transmission is adopted. Different transmission modes can also be selected according to different equipment and processes.

Main Characteristics:
·Low noise: there is no mechanical friction during the air blowing operation, and reasonable blade profile is adopted to minimize the noise.
·Small vibration: the optimized impeller reduces the axial force to the minimum so that the whole machine can run smoothly.
·Non-mechanical friction machinery: no gear speed-up is required. The blower rotor is supported by two bearings at the front and rear. During operation, there is no mechanical friction between any parts except the bearings, so noise caused by mechanical friction is avoided, thus ensuring the longest service life of the blower host.
·Convenient adjustment of airflow: the adjustment range of the blower's airflow is 50%~100%, which is adjusted by operating the butterfly valve at the inlet.
·Oil-free machinery: no oil and gas will be generated during the pressurization process of the blower, so as to ensure that the aerator will not be corroded, and improve the service life of the aeration system.Water cooling is adopted for the rear bearing, which extend sits service life.
